Kevin's parents were out this past weekend for a quick trip to meet their first granddaughter and spoil their grandson. Ethan had a great time with Opa and Oma. They did lots of playing outside, reading books, and playing cars. Morgan loved being cuddled by Opa and Oma too. Here are a few pictures from our weekend.
Kevin celebrated his 29th birthday on Monday. Now that we have a 2-year old who gets excited about birthdays it was fun to get him a cake and make him blow out candles. The cake wasn't big enough for 29, so 2 will have to do.

Kevin, I notice that your parents didn't say anything about how nice it was to spend time with you. That is about what I expected. It looks like you guys have your hands full out there. I promise to get out there to see the kids and Lyndsay sometime in the next month (can you tell who is missing from my list of people to visit).

You've already corrupted my son enough...last thing I need is you having influence over my daughter. My daughter will probably be a shotgun wielding, beer drinking, opinionated little girl after just one weekend with you. Scary to imagine what she's like after knowing you a year...
John, please never procreate in California. Take your brood to Wyoming or another empty place.
