I thought I'd post a few pictures of what we've been up to lately. A lot of normal, routine stuff at our house. Life goes better when we're in a good routine so we don't do much lately...and let's face it...it's hard to do much with 4 kids. :)
Hudson's trying on Daddy's golf hat.
About a month ago we had Morgan throw her binkis away. She was super attached to them for sleeping. It was so sad to watch her throw them away. I took her to the big garbage can outside, she looked down and said, "That's far away. It's stinky." But, she threw them in there, I was so proud of my brave girl. Then she got to go to Target and picked out a new princess and a movie. Of course when we got home and she realized what she did she cried...there was no nap that day and lots of tears a couple nights, but she has adjusted quite well overall. She still fights naps, but does end up sleeping most days. She has a new habit though, collecting a bunch "stuff" to sleep with. On this particular day it was every single book in their room. She was sound asleep under all those books. Gotta love that girl.
Brooklyn and Hudson are starting to eat more solid food. They love all the pureed food we give them and they now love to eat cheerios, puffs, veggie straws and Ritz crackers. Here they are eating Ritz for the first time.
I took this picture of Hudson the other day totally sacked out for his nap. Both babies LOVE to sleep with their picture bears...and binkis:)
Easter morning...As we were taking these pictures I realized Morgan was the only one not in green...oops:)
Taking our weekly picture is getting trickier every week. H and B have discovered the card that says the week number. This picture also shows what usually happens when Hudson and Brooklyn are sitting by each other playing. B may be the smallest, but she always ends up stealing toys from H. Let the games begin:)
We took the older two hiking this morning since Kevin is on spring break. It was so fun to get out and enjoy creation together. Morgan wanted to pick every flower we saw.
Towards the end of our hike Morgan took over the map and was telling us which way to go:)
Ethan had such a great time. He loved choosing which path we should go down, seeing a snake, and jumping over streams. He did such a great job hiking the 2.4 miles we walked and only needed a piggy back ride a couple times.
We love you Ethan and Morgan!

What cute, cute kids! I love that Hudson & Brooklyn sleep with their bears (and I love that Hudson is sleeping on his tummy). Your kids looked darling for Easter. And, great hiking pictures. I'm longing to see green like that. Hoepefully soon. Love you!
What wonderful pictures! I love the one with you and your kids on your hiking trip! I'm sure they loved the extra Mom and Dad time they got.
Beautiful pictures of the twins too in the previous post and what fun personalities!
